Our ethical culture starts with our Code of Ethics and its’ supporting policies and procedures, continuous ethics and compliance communication and education, combined with a transparent grievance mechanism. We are fully committed in all business locations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and our Code of Ethics, and we require our suppliers, direct and indirect, to comply with our Supplier Code of Ethics.

As of March 2024, Veoneer is owned by American Industrial Fund VII.
