Mentoring

Mentoring is a common practice with us. First thing when you join us, you will get a mentor assigned to be your buddy during your on-boarding. Mentoring is also commonly used as part of people- and leader development.

Trainings

At Veoneer, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. On a global level, some of the initiatives we have offered our leaders are:

- Veoneer Executive Leadership Program, in partnership with INSEAD, brought outside-in leadership insights on how to navigate in disruptive times.

- Veoneer Manufacturing Development Program was designed to strengthen team members leadership mindset and behaviors, as well as to understand the principles for Veoneer’s Excellence System (VES).

- Coaching initiative provided our leaders the opportunity to grow from a technology-based live coach-coachee collaboration with an external company.
