Veoneer has been selected by one of the world’s leading automakers to develop and produce driver monitoring systems comprised of infrared camera hardware, software and algorithms.

Veoneer’s driver monitor system will achieve best in class performance using a single state-of-the-art infrared camera and core technology from Seeing Machines. Veoneer’s design will enable continuous monitoring of the driver’s attention, eye and head position and can initiate an alert or action when the driver is fatigued or distracted
